Cancellation Policy

We deal in physical products — please read this before placing your order.

The Nature of Our Product

Revisionmate is a physical kit — printed flashcards, an evaluation book, and QR-linked video access — assembled, packed, and shipped to your address. Once an order is confirmed and dispatched, the product enters the delivery chain and cannot be recalled.

Because of this, cancellations are generally not possible after an order has been placed and payment has been made. We encourage all parents to review their selection carefully before completing a purchase.

What to Do If the Delivery is Damaged

If your Revisionmate Kit arrives visibly damaged at the time of delivery — torn packaging, crushed box, or clear physical damage — please refuse the delivery on the spot. Do not accept a damaged shipment.

Refusing delivery at the door is the fastest way to resolve a shipping damage situation. Once a damaged product is accepted, it becomes harder to process as a shipping claim.

At the door: If the package looks damaged, you are fully within your rights to refuse it. The courier will return it to us and we will reship your order.
Section 03

Genuine Cancellations — 3-Day Window

We understand that genuine circumstances can arise. If you have a valid reason for requesting a cancellation, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery or within 3 days of your purchase date — whichever comes first.

Requests raised after this window will not be considered, as the product would have left our hands and the delivery window would have closed.

Important: Cancellation requests must be submitted within 3 days. Requests raised after this period will not be accepted under any circumstances.
