Our Commitment
The Revisionmate Kit is a thoughtfully assembled physical product built to support your child's learning journey. Our goal is to ensure every family that invests in it gets full value from it. We take product quality seriously — and we take genuine complaints even more seriously.
At the same time, as a physical educational product, our refund terms are specific. Please read the following carefully.
Section 02
When a Refund is Applicable
A refund will be considered only in the following situation:
- Flowbook is unable to fulfil the product's core use case — i.e., the physical kit, the QR-linked videos, the quiz system, or the app access cannot be delivered as described, due to a failure on our end.
In such an event, we will process a full refund to your original payment method within 7 working days of verification.
Refunds are not issued for change of mind, the child not using the product, syllabus mismatch due to wrong selection by the buyer, or any reason other than Revisionmate's inability to deliver as promised.
Section 03
Manufacturing Defects — Replacement Policy
If your Revisionmate Kit arrives with a manufacturing defect that prevents its intended use — such as blank or misprinted cards, damaged binding, non-functional QR codes, or missing components — we will replace the affected item(s) at no additional cost.
To be eligible for a replacement:
- The defect must be reported within 3 days of delivery
- You must provide clear photographs or video evidence of the defect
- The product must not have been tampered with or misused
Replacement requests raised after 3 days of delivery will not be accepted. We recommend inspecting your kit thoroughly upon receipt.
Section 04
What is Not Covered
- Change of mind or purchase regret after the order is placed
- Defects caused by mishandling, water damage, or improper storage
- Complaints raised more than 3 days after delivery
- Mismatch in class or board due to incorrect selection at time of purchase
- Partial use of the kit before raising a complaint
- Issues with internet connectivity affecting QR video access (not a product defect)

How to Raise a Request

Contact us within 3 days of deliveryWhatsApp or email us with your order details and the nature of the issue.

Share evidenceSend clear photographs or a short video showing the defect or issue.

VerificationOur team will review your complaint and respond within 2 working days.

ResolutionApproved replacements are dispatched within 5–7 working days. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7 working days.
Section 06
Payment Gateway Refunds
Refunds approved by Revisionmate will be processed through Razorpay to your original payment instrument — credit card, debit card, UPI, or net banking. The time taken for the credit to reflect depends on your bank and may take 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund.
